In early 2021, Dockers launched Recognize - a content series that amplified Black stories, employed diverse talent, and invested in organizations that bring more opportunity and resources to Black communities. It was launched as a Black History Month campaign, but continued on as a year long commitment to spotlight the breadth of Black excellence and celebrate Black stories each month. Ultimately we featured twelve passionate individuals working to make real change, and shared their stories on Dockers’ site and social channels with videos, photos, IG Lives, in-feed posts, stories and interview features.

In June, Docker’s Recognized Maryse Pearce, the Program Manager for Stonewall Community Foundation. As part of the Black and LGBTQ+ communities, Maryse has been a lifelong advocate for marginalized groups, championing meaningful ways to give back to the Black community.
